Documented reviews
After a connection is at least one week old, both sides can leave ratings and low ratings must include written review text.

Employers choose who to contact, what to offer, and whether to hire. The site provides search, messaging, request tracking, rating records, weekly updates, and optional Spotlight visibility.
Employer responsibility
Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions, wage payment, payroll, tax forms, insurance, safety, licenses, workplace rules, and any required employment or contractor compliance.
