Create a free worker profile with your city, preferred work categories, wage target, resume notes, schedule, travel radius, and the dates or times you can work. Employers can find you in local search and send documented requests through the portal.
Use your own category
Choose standard work categories or select Other and enter a custom work type when the right category is not listed.
Control the conversation
Accept or deny requests from your dashboard and keep messages documented in a private thread record.
Build local trust
After one week, workers and employers can rate each other. Low ratings require a written explanation.
Worker profiles are free to create.
Spotlight is optional. Paid Spotlight can move a worker profile higher in search results and weekly match emails, but it does not change ratings or imply that Employee Of The Week guarantees performance.
Important boundary
Any work agreement, pay, taxes, insurance, licenses, background checks, safety rules, and worker classification are handled directly between you and the employer.
