Search can include work type, wage target or offered wage, availability, schedule needs, rating, and city/state. Workers can list a travel radius, while employers post jobs by job location. Weekly match emails help keep new worker profiles and local job needs in front of users who opt in.
Spotlight is paid optional visibility that moves a worker profile or employer post toward the top of searches and weekly match emails. Regular profiles remain free.
